In addition to the standard Supervisor duties, this firm values their staffs ability to liases with the big wigs and win new business. Consequently you will be guided through the do's and don'ts of networking and groomed for partnership from an early stage.

You will be taught to handle client interactions with ease, making appropriate recommendations based on the clients’ needs and applying problem solving techniques/analytical tools to assist in delivering solutions.

Partners have a long term approach to the firms growth and have already begun securing the fees required for you to sustain yourself when you become Manager in June 2012.

Aside from the usual training, you will effectively “buddy up” with a Partner who will mentor and assist you in making the jump to Senior Management as well as exposing you to the bigger picture thinking related to running a practice.
